Trinity Rehab – Skilled Nursing
Location: Hickory, NC
Full-Time & PRN Opportunities Available

The Physical Therapist (PT) is a licensed professional responsible for evaluating, planning, and providing physical therapy services to patients as prescribed by the attending physician. This role plays a vital part in helping patients regain mobility, improve function, and enhance their overall quality of life.
- Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy services in accordance with physician orders
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Supervise and support Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Therapy Aides
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications
- Current North Carolina Physical Therapist license
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
