Position Overview

The Physical Therapist (PT) is a licensed professional responsible for evaluating, planning, and providing physical therapy services to patients as prescribed by the attending physician. This role plays a vital part in helping patients regain mobility, improve function, and enhance their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  
• Provide hands-on therapy services in accordance with physician orders
  
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  
• Supervise and support Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Therapy Aides
  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina Physical Therapist license
  
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
