NESCO RESOURCE is hiring for a Commercial Building Repair Technician in the Beaufort/Hilton Head/Savannah area. Direct hire opportunity!

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Repair Technician to perform a variety of repair, renovation, and maintenance tasks within commercial buildings. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional with experience in one or more construction or maintenance trades. All work is local—no overnight travel required.

• Concrete repair and finishing
• Carpentry
• Metal stud framing
• Drywall installation and repair
• Painting
• FRP panel installation
• Commercial doors and hardware
• Acoustic ceiling systems
• Flooring installation
• Cabinetry installation and repair
• General commercial building maintenance and repairs

Qualifications:

• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• GED or High School Diploma required (college degree not required)
• Basic technology skills (ability to use a tablet, laptop, or smartphone)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and performing job-related physical tasks
