Job-ID32568618Reference26-01703TypeContract to HireSenior Product Manager – Decisioning (AI/ML Marketing Personalization)Position SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Product Manager – Decisioning to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of enterprise-scale decisioning capabilities that power personalized customer experiences across digital marketing channels. This role will partner closely with Data Science, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Data Platform (CDP) teams to develop and operationalize machine learning models that predict customer behavior, recommend next-best actions, and optimize marketing outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the product roadmap for decisioning and personalization platforms that leverage AI/ML models to drive customer engagement and marketing performance.Partner with Data Science teams to oversee the development and deployment of propensity models, recommendation engines, and predictive analytics solutions.Translate business objectives into scalable decisioning strategies that enable next-best-action marketing and customer journey optimization.Collaborate with CDP, activation, and engineering teams to ensure model outputs are effectively integrated into downstream marketing channels and campaigns.Work closely with business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, define success metrics, and communicate the value of decisioning capabilities.Monitor performance of decisioning models and identify opportunities to improve targeting, personalization, and customer outcomes.QualificationsExperience as a Product Manager leading data-driven, AI/ML, personalization, or decisioning products.Strong understanding of marketing technology, customer data platforms, customer journeys, and digital marketing activation.Ability to work effectively with Data Science and Engineering teams, including understanding model development, experimentation, and deployment processes.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business audiences.Preferred QualificationsExperience with machine learning, recommendation engines, propensity modeling, predictive analytics, or customer decisioning platforms.Familiarity with GCP, Vertex AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, GitHub Copilot, and modern AI-enabled development environments.Hands-on experience with SQL, data querying, analytics, or data engineering concepts.Experience in enterprise retail, e-commerce, or large-scale customer marketing ecosystems.
