The Evening Residential Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the residential program during evening hours, ensuring a safe, structured, and supportive environment for residents. Responsibilities include supervising residential staff, monitoring resident needs and behaviors, coordinating evening activities and routines, addressing incidents or emergencies, maintaining accurate documentation, and communicating important updates to the clinical and management teams. The supervisor promotes resident safety, independence, recovery, and adherence to facility policies and procedures.

A bachelor's degree in a human service field (ex. social work, psychology, counseling, etc.) plus one year experience or a high school diploma with five years experience is required.

This position will have a schedule of Tuesday through Saturday, 3:00pm to 11:30pm.
