This position is Hybrid, but very close to Fully Remote. (a day or two in the office over the course of the engagement).

Job Description:
- Provide excellent administrative support to Kellan ova's Chief Marketing Officer and team.
- Timely calendar and task management in a dynamic environment.
- Providing clear correspondence as necessary to internal and external stakeholders.
- Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
- Facilitate accurate and timely expense reports and PO requests.
- Planning/coordinating marketing team meetings, town halls and events.
- Understanding and upholding company procedures and practices.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organized Willing to go the extra mile Proficiency in Microsoft Office Adaptability to a fast-paced environment Project management and experience booking travel and planning offsite events Ability to obtain sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience with Concur expense reporting and travel is a bonus, but not required.
- At least 5 years of administrative support, with at least two supporting a C-suite level executive.
