Senior Executive Assistant
Duration: 5 Months+ contract with possibility of extension and FTE
Location: Battle Creek, MI 49017
Shift: 8am-5pm
This position is Hybrid, but very close to Fully Remote. (a day or two in the office over the course of the engagement).

Job Description:

Provide excellent administrative support to Kellan ova's Chief Marketing Officer and team.
Timely calendar and task management in a dynamic environment.
Providing clear correspondence as necessary to internal and external stakeholders.
Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
Facilitate accurate and timely expense reports and PO requests.
Planning/coordinating marketing team meetings, town halls and events.
Understanding and upholding company procedures and practices.

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organized Willing to go the extra mile Proficiency in Microsoft Office Adaptability to a fast-paced environment Project management and experience booking travel and planning offsite events Ability to obtain sensitive information with discretion.
Experience with Concur expense reporting and travel is a bonus, but not required.
At least 5 years of administrative support, with at least two supporting a C-suite level executive.
