Job Description

The Fleet Specialty Admin provides administrative and operational support for the Fleet Services and Lease Maturities departments. This role serves as a primary point of contact for inbound customer and internal inquiries, manages departmental phone lines, processes incoming and outgoing mail, and coordinates vehicle citation and toll administration. The position ensures timely handling of communications, accurate recordkeeping, and efficient support of daily business operations.

Education

High School Diploma, BA/BS preferred

• 2+ years in customer service
• 1+ years in remarketing
