About the Role

Our organization is looking for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Primary Care Physician to join a well-established and expanding practice in Bradford, PA. You will have access to a comprehensive specialty network through Great Lakes Physician Practice/UPMC Chautauqua and UPMC Hamot. This position offers the opportunity to work in community-based primary care while being supported by a nationally recognized health system, allowing you to develop a long-term career while maintaining a balanced life.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical institution
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency Program
• American Board Eligible or Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Ability to secure an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License and necessary credentials
• DEA certification
