Program Manager

95K/YEAR

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead equipment, automation, and operational improvement initiatives within a high-speed manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple plant projects from planning through completion.
Lead equipment installation, automation, and technology initiatives.
Manage budgets, schedules, vendors, and project deliverables.
Partner with engineering, maintenance, and production teams.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, workflow, and plant performance.

Qualifications

5-7 years of project/program management experience
Experience with CAD, Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel up 30%

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering
