Travel Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery - $3,380 per week

Job Description AMN Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing position in LAMAR, Colorado. Job Details Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Start Date: 05/04/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours per week: 36 Shift: 12 hours, day Employment Type: Travel Pay Rate: $3,278.00 - $3,481.00 (per 12‑hour shift) Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to women in labor, through delivery, postpartum, and newborn care. Conduct assessments, monitor labor progression, prepare for C‑sections, inductions, and document nursing care. Administer care during labor, post‑delivery, and postpartum, including infant care and patient education. Prepare delivery room, provide emotional support, and coordinate transfers. Administer IV medications, adhere to infection control principles and OB department policies. Qualifications Registered Nurse graduate with current Colorado licensure. Current CPR certification, Neonatal Resuscitation Certification, and ACLS within one year of employment. Minimum 7 years of experience as an LD RN. Licenses: RN (Compact Accepted). Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, CERT‑FHM, CERT‑STABLE. Leadership & Additional Requirements Position identified as L&D RN Supervisor; prior leadership experience preferred.
