What We're Looking For Active RN or LCSW/LMSW license Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare, or Social Work (Master's preferred) Recent acute care hospital Case Management leadership experience Strong background in utilization management, care coordination, discharge planning, and regulatory compliance Experience collaborating with physicians, revenue cycle teams, and multidisciplinary stakeholders to improve operational and clinical outcomes.
