About the Role

This role combines high-level customer interaction with technical HVAC system design. You'll help both residential and light commercial clients create systems that meet their unique heating and cooling needs. Using your Company provided, you'll perform heat gain/loss calculations, select optimal equipment, and build long-term client relationships-delivering top solutions and 5-star experiences.

What You'll Do

• Deliver world-class service: Wow clients by designing efficient, effective HVAC systems-perform heat load calculations and present personalized options.
• Own the relationship: Respond to inbound leads, follow up, network, and turn every touchpoint into a satisfied customer.
• Advise and win: Guide clients on upgrades, system improvements, and service plans. Handle paperwork, warranties, and create customers for life.
• Employ Aire Serv's Home Comfort Design system to generate consistent, high-quality outcomes and 5-star reviews.
• Stay organized, reliable, and ready to respond-manage your time to deliver results.

Your Profile

• Hunter mentality-track record in sales (HVAC/technical sales preferred but not required)
• Excellent communicator with customers and teammates
• Professional appearance, integrity, and organization
• Valid driver's license and clean record
