Better You Counseling is hiring three full-time clinicians.

Join a multi-specialty group practice serving clients remotely and at our Southlake location. Better You Counseling is built for clinicians who want the flexibility of private practice without the administrative grind - you focus on the clinical work, and we handle everything else.

Focus only on clinical work. Your role is what you trained for: seeing clients, writing notes, and treatment planning. We handle all client communication, insurance, scheduling, billing, and no-show management - so your time goes to your clients, not operations. It's why our clinicians build full, steady caseloads without the administrative burnout common in solo practice.

New associates (LPC-A): grow with us. Earn your supervised hours toward full licensure in-house, with our in-house supervisor on staff - no need to find or pay for outside supervision. What we handle so you don't have to:

• All scheduling, billing, and insurance - including no-show and reschedule management
• Full credentialing and CAQH management across payers
• Advertising and marketing - your profile on our website and on platforms optimized for your location, expertise, and availability
• An all-in-one telehealth platform

Requirements:

• A mental health license in one of the following:
  
  
  • Independently licensed - LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD (practice without supervision), or
  • LPC Associate (LPC-A) - working toward full licensure under supervision (we supervise in-house)
• Experience counseling adults, couples, and/or teens
• Professional liability insurance
• A private, professional space for sessions and a reliable laptop
• Currently residing in the U.S.

Other certifications alone do not qualify (e.g., substance abuse, school, career, or Christian counseling; business coaching; RN) unless paired with a qualifying mental health license.

Schedule: Flexible - choose your hours. Monday-Saturday by appointment as needed. Full remote or hybrid.
