Youth Transition & Life Skills Specialist

SCO in New York, NY seeks an experienced youth services professional to run monthly life-skill workshops and link youths to housing resources. You will support youth housing applications, document progress, and coordinate with caseworkers to achieve goals. Role requires community familiarity and the ability to navigate ACS procedures; travel across Queens and Brooklyn is expected.
