# Graphic Design Intern## •### @FCTulsaPosted on 4/7/2026•Intern## Job DescriptionThe Graphic Designer Intern at FC Tulsa is responsible for assisting with the execution of graphic assets and photography for the club. The successful candidate will build valuable graphic design and photography skills in a professional sports environment, learn to collaborate across multiple departments, and forge positive relationships across the organization. This internship will help elevate the FC Tulsa brand by establishing a world-class visual presence on all digital and physical touchpoints.\*\*Position Purpose \*\*The FC Tulsa mission is to unite and inspire Green Country through the highest level of professional sports in Tulsa. Hustle\*\*Primary Responsibilities \*\** Help build, maintain, and protect the club’s visual brand identity across all digital and physical channels.* Push creative boundaries and innovate to uniquely communicate the club’s vision through design and photos.* Regularly collaborate with Ticketing, Communications, Partnership, Marketing, and Creative staff to deliver design assets that fulfill objectives for respective departments.* Help execute creative needs including club templates, milestone graphics, schedule assets, matchday posters, in-stadium LEDs, merch, flyers, brochures, packaging, presentations, event materials, and more.* Create marketing materials for all departments, including assets for season tickets, group tickets, promotional theme nights, paid ads, billboards, partnership decks, and more.* Contribute to weekly marketing/content meetings through brainstorming graphics for social media, web, and promotional materials.* Assist with photography during matchdays and non-matchdays as needed, including but not limited to community events, camps, leagues, production days, etc.* Ensure all projects are completed by designated timelines and error-free in a fast-paced environment.* Develop and maintain good, professional relationships with colleagues, players, & sporting staff.\*\*Minimum Qualifications \*\** Graphic design ability.* Ability to collaborate effectively.* Desire to tell effective stories through a variety of mediums.* Detail-oriented.* Intrinsically motivated and strong self-starter.* Interest in live sports photography.* Must be flexible and available to work evenings and/or weekends, nights, and holidays.* Internship applicants must provide/include a link to website portfolio or pdf of creative work.\*\*Preferred Qualifications \*\** Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom.* Bilingual or multilingual skills.* Experience working in the sports industry.**Essential Functions*** Must be available for all FC Tulsa home matches.* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Punctuality, accountability, and keen attention to detail in each duty.* Ability to work independently and in a group while handling several tasks simultaneously.* Ability to react quickly and positively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.* Must be able to handle confidential, privileged, and/or sensitive information carefully and with discretion.* Strong visual storytelling ability.**Physical Requirements*** Ability to sit, walk and stand for extended periods of time throughout the day.* Ability to focus on projects for periods of time.* Role routinely uses standard office equipment.* Ability to lift at least 20 pounds.We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.LocationOn-siteToms River, New JerseyPayPay not disclosed #J-18808-Ljbffr
