Field Representative

The Conservation Fund seeks a Field Representative to advance land and water conservation projects across California. In this hybrid field-based role, you will build relationships with landowners, public agencies, and community partners; support identification and evaluation of priority conservation opportunities; and coordinate site visits, data collection, and basic field assessments. Working closely with internal conservation and real estate teams, you will help move transactions and projects from concept to completion, assist with funding and grant proposals, and track project progress and outcomes.
