Contract: 6 Months (Potential for Full-Time Conversion)
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to support patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers through phone-based customer service and order support.
Schedule
- Training (First 6–8 Weeks): Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Onsite)
- After Training: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM or 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Hybrid work opportunity available after successful completion of training and performance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries.
- Share accurate information regarding prescriptions, orders, and services.
- Process prescription refills and schedule medication shipments.
- Follow up with customers and provide next steps when needed.
- Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures.
- Work closely with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous call center experience preferred.
- Healthcare or pharmacy-related experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems.
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
- Pharmacy Technician Registration is required before or on the first day of employment.
