Front Desk Coordinator

Our team is adding a highly motivated, service-oriented individual to join us as a Front Desk Coordinator! Our Front Desk Coordinator is the first person to welcome new and existing patients to our clinic. Providing an outstanding patient experience at each visit is the main responsibility of the Front Desk Coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess these qualities: Positive attitude and smile Love for babies, children, and patients of all ages and abilities Fulfills responsibilities and tasks on their own Responsibilities: Build patient relationships Front desk operations (Checking patients in and out, scheduling, collecting payment, answering phones) An upbeat attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Necessary skills: Basic computer and typing skills, including Microsoft Office Alphabetize and do basic math Ability to learn new things quickly, including other computer software Multi-task in a fast-paced environment Timeliness-show up on time and ready to serve every day Ability to stand for long periods of time Available for occasional travel training opportunities This is a part-time position with the potential for full time in the future. Occasional flexibility for night and weekend events will be expected. Starting pay dependent on performance, experience, and expertise.
