Client Services Coordinator Huntington Beach, CA | Full-Time 8:00am -5:00pm M-F, rotating evening and weekend on-call Join Comfort Keepers and help us Elevate the Human Spirit every day. Comfort Keepers is seeking a highly organized, compassionate, and customer-focused Client Services Coordinator to support our growing home care agency in Huntington Beach. This is a dynamic office-based role that combines client intake, scheduling, customer service, care coordination, and administrative support . You'll serve as a key point of contact for clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners while helping ensure exceptional service delivery. What You'll Do Coordinate caregiver schedules and client services Manage new client inquiries and onboarding Support client and family communications Maintain accurate records in Agency Management System Resolve scheduling challenges and fill open shiftsProvide outstanding customer service Support daily office operations and administrative tasks What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in healthcare, home care, staffing, scheduling, customer service, or office administration Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technology systems Home care, healthcare, or senior care experience a plus Why Comfort Keepers?
