We are seeking a caring, dependable Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) who is passionate about helping residents regain strength, mobility, and independence. What You’ll Do as a PTA Provide physical therapy treatments according to individualized plans of care developed by the Licensed Physical Therapist Treat residents in skilled nursing, assisted living, and outpatient therapy settings Communicate resident progress, concerns, and recommendations to the supervising Physical Therapist Apply appropriate therapeutic techniques based on resident presentation and plan of care Participate in care plan meetings when requested by the Director of Rehabilitation Document treatment sessions, progress notes, and provide objective input for discharge summaries Complete daily billing and documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards Maintain compliance with state practice acts, professional ethics, and company policies Support a collaborative, residentcentered, interdisciplinary rehab approach What We’re Looking for in YOU Active state PTA license or certification (required) Strong understanding of therapeutic interventions and treatment techniques Ability to work collaboratively under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist Compassionate, reliable, and residentfocused mindset Strong communication and timemanagement skills Desire to be part of a stable inhouse rehabilitation team What We Offer Pay based on experience Inhouse rehab program with consistent collaboration and support Supportive leadership and teamoriented environment Opportunity to work across multiple care settings Meaningful work that helps residents regain function and independence Ready to Join a Team That Values YOU?
