Residential HVAC Service Technician + Take-Home Vehicle

Pay $24.50 to $34.00/hr + Spiffs

Pay & Schedule

• $24.50-$34.00 per hour based on experience + spiffs
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Rotating on-call schedule
• Overtime opportunities during peak seasons

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• Perform maintenance and troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues
• Communicate findings clearly and provide customers with repair and replacement options
• Recommend solutions based on customer needs and system performance
• Complete quality work while following company procedures and safety standards
• Maintain a professional customer experience from start to finish

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently while following safety guidelines
• Dependable, professional, and committed to quality workmanship

Preferred Experience

• Nate Certification (preferred, not required)
