Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant located in Banning, CA. The Emergency Medicine Physician will be responsible for providing high-quality emergency medical care, assessing and treating patients in urgent care situations, and handling critical care cases.
Current Practice in Emergency Department
* Physician Coverage: 30 hours daily
* APP Coverage: 40 hours daily
* Annual ED volume of 41,000 visits
* Newly built - state of the art 23 bed ED
* Additional 5-room Rapid Care Area to treatless-severe emergencies
* Primary Stroke Center Designation
Backup Specialties:
* Neurology, Cardiology, GI, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Urology, Vascular Surgery, OBGYN, Pulmonology, Critical Care, Hospitalist, Pediatrics, Anesthesiology, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Physical Therapy, Women's Center and Surgery Community Snapshot
* Banning is strategically located besideInterstate 10 between the Inland Empire and the Coachella Valley
* Conveniently located only one hour from Disneyland, 30 minutes from Palm Springs, and a quick drive to the Desert Hill Premium Outlets
