Day Shift Caregivers Needed – 12-Hour & Weekday Schedules

Right at Home Boulder is urgently hiring Caregivers, CNAs, and Home Health Aides for day shift positions (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM) in Boulder and Lafayette. If you're looking for consistent daytime hours, weekly pay, and meaningful one-on-one care, this is the perfect opportunity.

Caregiver Pay & Benefits

• $19–$23/hour (based on experience & certifications)

Day Shift Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Prepare meals and assist with daily routines
• Perform light housekeeping
• Support mobility and safe transfers
• Transport clients to appointments and errands
• Provide medication reminders

You'll work one-on-one with clients, allowing you to build strong relationships while delivering high-quality care.

Caregiver Requirements

• 1+ year caregiving experience preferred (CNA, HHA, PCA, or caregiver)
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
• Ability to use a smartphone for scheduling & communication
• Ability to pass a background check
