Caregiver Job Overview (In-Home Care)

As a Caregiver, CNA, or Home Health Aide , you will provide one-on-one, in-home senior care helping clients remain safe and independent in their homes.

This role is ideal for caregivers looking for longer shifts, fewer client transitions, and deeper client relationships .
Caregiver Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Support mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands
• Help with medication reminders
• Document care using a mobile device

Caregiver Requirements

• 1+ year of hands-on caregiving experience required
• Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, or in-home caregiver preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle & insurance
• Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and care notes
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Ability to pass a background check
