Join Our Cardiac Progressive Care Team as a Registered Nurse

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to become a vital part of our Cardiac Progressive Care unit. In this position, you will deliver direct, evidence-based care to adult patients with cardiac conditions.

• Monitor and manage complex cardiac conditions.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and execute personalized care plans.
• Assess patient conditions and respond to any changes effectively.
• Educate patients and their families about care and health management.
• Facilitate safe discharge processes for patients.

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in cardiac care is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
