BeautyGoalsLV is a boutique medical spa specializing in FDA Approved injectable treatments such as botox, fillers, PDO threads, etc. We also have a team of Advanced Estheticians who recommend and provide medical grade skincare services and products to our valued clients -- most of whom are not typically new to aesthetics. Our clients expect value + quality, and our team is committed to delivering a luxurious customer experience for each and every customer.

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Medical Assistant at BeautyGoalsLV in Las Vegas, NV. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for assisting our team in providing patient care, performing administrative duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of the medical office.

Qualifications

Completion of a Medical Assistant program or relevant certification
Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures: botox, fillers, facials, lasers, threads, & skincare products
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills -- MUST be comfortable communicating with VIP clients
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of luxury brand etiquette and protocol
