Packer- WM Team C

Job Description

Job Description

You’re the kind of person who likes to keep things moving—and keep them moving right. You know that the smallest detail (a crooked seal, a wrong label, a missing box flap) can throw everything off. So you pay attention. You stay sharp. And you take pride in being the one who gets it right every time.

At Dieffenbach’s, we believe every snack we send out should be something we’re proud of. That means it’s perfectly packed, clearly labeled, and ready to wow someone on the other end. And that starts with you.

• You’re the type who notices when something’s even slightly out of place—and you fix it fast
• You work well with a rhythm, especially in a fast-paced, team-focused setting
• You enjoy staying on your feet and working with your hands (no sitting still here!)
• You take pride in keeping your space clean and your process smooth
• You care about quality and want to help make something people actually enjoy

• Packing freshly made chips into boxes with care and accuracy
• Assembling boxes, placing labels, and making sure everything’s sealed, stacked, and ship-ready
• Double-checking things like date codes, bag seals, weights, and stickers
• Helping monitor seasoning levels so every chip tastes just right
• Keeping your area clean and organized, and clearing out waste as needed
• Helping with repacking or reworking any product that needs a second look
• Using basic equipment (pallet jack, stretch wrapper, etc.) safely and correctly
• Documenting what you’ve packed, caught, or adjusted
• Communicating with your team when something’s off or needs attention
• Pitching in on clean-up, sanitation, and team breaks throughout the shift

• A comfort level working in a warm, fast-paced, sometimes loud environment
• The ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active during 12-hour shifts
• A strong attention to detail—even when the line is moving fast
• A willingness to follow safety and quality rules every single time
• A team-player attitude and a readiness to jump in wherever needed

• A role where your hands-on work directly impacts the quality of our snacks
• A fast-moving team that supports and counts on each other
• A chance to grow and learn in a company that’s all about doing things the right way
• The satisfaction of seeing the final product and knowing you helped get it there

 Pay:

$16.50 + $1.00 shift Differential. Total compensation of $17.50 /hr.

If you like staying active, care about quality, and want to be part of a team that packs with purpose—this could be the role for you.

Let’s make something great together. One chip at a time.
