Young Adult Mental Health Outreach Specialist

ACMH

ACMH is seeking a Young Adult Mental Health Clinician for Safe Options Support (SOS) - South Team. The role focuses on outreach to unhoused young adults, coordinating housing, and providing short-term counseling within Midtown, Lower Manhattan & Brooklyn.

Schedule is Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm. Responsibilities include engaging clients, building partnerships with community stakeholders, assisting with housing applications, and collaborating with healthcare and housing providers to ensure continuity
