Jericho Project
Jericho Project is seeking a proactive Young Adult Peer Mentor to assist outreach, housing stabilization, and service delivery for Walton House YA clients in Melrose (Bronx).
Responsibilities include outreach, intake, organizing recreational events, and collaboration with clinical staff and partners to support education and career goals for youth aged 18-25 who have experienced homelessness.
