Vocational Specialist, ACT Team Housing & Recovery Support
Community Access
Community Access’s Bronx Shelter ACT Team seeks a Vocational Specialist to engage homeless adults in Bronx shelters with holistic recovery services. You will provide ongoing counseling, coordinate services, and align person-centered goals with ACT tasks, supporting education, employment and housing goals.
You will work on a multidisciplinary team, delivering psycho-education and connecting participants to schools, training and employment programs to help them achieve recovery and independence.
