Hiring: RN-Intake Manager
\nLocation: Brooklyn, NY
\n \nThe Intake Coordinator is a Registered Professional Nurse who takes referrals and processes appropriate home care services. To maintain open lines of communication with referral sources and within departments.
\n \nRequirements:

- Current NYS RN License \n
- Allscripts a MUST \n
- CHHA experience a MUST \n
- Computer literacy; experience with Home Care Home base a MUST \n
- Excellent communication skills \n
- Highly organized, possess a strong attention to detail \n
