Job Overview Our client is a nationally recognized, full-service Am Law 200 law firm with more than 450 attorneys across offices spanning the East Coast from Boston to Miami and extending into the Midwest. They are known for a sophisticated commercial litigation practice, with particular strength in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Superior Court of Delaware, handling high‑stakes disputes involving corporate governance, fiduciary duty, M&A‑related litigation, stockholder disputes, and complex business conflicts for a broad range of clients. Associates work alongside partners on significant matters from day one. Salary and Location : $200,000 – $225,000 per year; Wilmington, Delaware. Job Description A leading national law firm is seeking a talented litigation associate to join its growing Wilmington office and thriving commercial litigation practice. Responsibilities Handle complex commercial litigation matters from early case assessment through resolution. Appear in and practice before the Court of Chancery of Delaware and the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Superior Court of Delaware. Draft and argue motions, conduct legal research, and prepare briefs. Support and collaborate on discovery strategy, depositions, and trial preparation. Communicate directly with clients on case strategy and status. Qualifications 3–5 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting. Demonstrated experience practicing in the Delaware Court of Chancery and/or the Delaware Superior Court’s Complex Commercial Litigation Division. Superior legal writing and research skills. Strong academic credentials. Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. Must be admitted to practice in Delaware. Benefits Competitive base salary and bonus eligibility.
