Project Manager

Lead overall project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution from preconstruction through closeout. Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Serve as the primary contact for clients, architects, engineers, and consultants. Manage project financials, including forecasting, cost control, change orders, and billing. Oversee contract administration, RFIs, submittals, and procurement processes. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations. Identify and resolve project issues to minimize risk and maintain progress. Manage project closeout, including punch list, final inspections, and turnover documentation.

The successful applicant will have 7+ years of Project Manager experience working for a General Contractor in the commercial space. They should put relationships and safety before all else, value teamwork, and view Superintendents as their equal counterpart. The ideal candidate will have experience with projects in the $5-$30M range, particularly in higher education/institutional, K12 schools, healthcare, and light industrial sectors. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is highly desirable. Proficiency in applicable construction management software (Procore preferred) is also required. Effective team-building skills to support a positive team atmosphere and meet high productivity goals are essential.
