Hotel General Manager OpportunityWe are seeking experienced Hotel General Managers who can take full accountability for a property. The ideal candidate leads daily operations, holds the team to brand standards, and delivers a consistent guest experience. The role covers staff leadership, operational discipline, revenue and cost control, and a work environment that keeps good people. Placement may be at a select-service or extended-stay hotel in the South Bend, Mishawaka or Elkhart markets, including properties still coming online.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all hotel operations and hold the property to brand standards and operational excellence.Own guest satisfaction. Resolve concerns, protect review scores, and build repeat business.Recruit, train, coach, and develop department leaders and hourly teams. Promote from within where the talent is there.Manage the operating budget, control labor and expense, and protect revenue and profitability.Partner with sales on occupancy, rate, and group or local account production appropriate to the brand.Ensure compliance with health, safety, employment, and brand regulatory standards.Maintain property condition, cleanliness, and preventive maintenance so the asset holds its standard.Track performance metrics and report results clearly to ownership and regional leadership.Set the tone on property. Be present, be on time, and set the standard the team is expected to follow.QualificationsPrevious Hotel General Manager or senior hotel operations leadership experience required.Hands-on experience across front office, housekeeping, food and beverage or breakfast, and sales.Proven leadership of a diverse team, including hiring, coaching, discipline, and retention.Working knowledge of revenue management, budgeting, labor control, and guest service operations.Strong guest-relations judgment and the ability to recover a service failure without excuses.Familiarity with property management systems, front desk operations, and night audit.Clear written and verbal communication, including professional phone presence with owners, brands, and guests.Experience with Marriott, Hilton, or IHG select-service or extended-stay brands is preferred.Willingness to be considered for placement across the Northern Indiana portfolio.Benefits and PerksQuarterly Bonus PotentialPaid Time OffHotel Discount PerksMedical, Dental and Vision Health InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Join One of Northern Indiana's Leading Hospitality GroupsWe are a rapidly expanding hospitality group in Northern Indiana, operating Marriott, Hilton, and IHG brands.
