Independent Sales Representative Scar Care & Professional Skincare

Dr. Speron's Natural Skin Care, LLC is seeking experienced, motivated 1099 Independent Sales Representatives to expand distribution of our physician-developed skincare products throughout the United States.

The primary focus of this opportunity is Dr. Speron's Scar Support Treatment, a premium scar-care product developed by plastic surgeon Dr. Sam Speron. Representatives will also have the opportunity to sell additional products across the Dr. Speron's Natural Skin Care portfolio, creating opportunities to grow individual accounts and generate repeat business.

We are especially interested in sales professionals who already have relationships within plastic surgery, dermatology, medical aesthetics, med spas, cosmetic surgery, pharmacies, professional skincare, beauty, wellness, specialty retail, or related healthcare markets.

As an Independent Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new B2B accounts, introducing Dr. Speron's Scar Support Treatment to qualified practices and retailers, building relationships with physicians, practice managers, buyers, owners, and other decision-makers, and managing your own sales pipeline from initial outreach through closing and follow-up.

Ideal customers include plastic surgery practices, dermatology offices, medical spas, aesthetic practices, cosmetic surgery centers, pharmacies, skincare professionals, specialty retailers, post-procedure and recovery businesses, and other qualified professional or wholesale accounts.

We are looking for entrepreneurial sales professionals who are self-motivated, professional, persuasive, and comfortable working independently. Existing relationships with potential buyers are a major advantage. Experience in medical sales, aesthetic sales, skincare, beauty, wellness, pharmaceutical sales, healthcare sales, or independent manufacturer representation is highly desirable.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with commission-based compensation and uncapped earning potential. Representatives manage their own schedules and sales activities and can build recurring commission opportunities by developing long-term professional and wholesale accounts.
