Key Qualifications:

• Current School Psychologist certification or licensure (state requirements met)
• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field
• Experience in school settings providing assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention
• Proficiency in conducting psychoeducational evaluations and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Dedication to supporting diverse student populations and fostering inclusive learning environments

Your Responsibilities:

• Administer and interpret a variety of formal and informal assessments to identify strengths and needs of students
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents, providing guidance and support strategies
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Participate in IEP/504 plan meetings, contributing expertise to educational planning
• Provide crisis intervention and support for students as needed
• Facilitate small group or individual counseling sessions to address academic, behavioral, and emotional concerns
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
