Enrichment Program Instructor- Part Time

The Ocean Community YMCA is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Enrichment Instructor to assist with a variety of enrichment programs for members and the community. This position supports different programs and activities and requires 10-15 hours per week, including daytime hours and some weekends depending on the program schedule.
Location: Ocean Community YMCA- Naik Family Branch, Mystic, CT Rate of Pay: $16.94 per hour Responsibilities:- Assist with planning and leading enrichment programs and activities
- Help create a positive, welcoming environment for participants of all ages
- Support program setup, facilitation, and cleanup
- Ensure participant safety and engagement during activities
- Experience working with youth, families, or community programs preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- CPR/First Aid certification required (YMCA willing to train)
