Your key responsibilities will be: Interacting directly with customers to understand what they are really asking for Collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap Prioritizing and defining new features and product improvements based on business goals and customer needs Partnering daily with user experience and product engineering to design and build features that customers love Writing release notes that help others understand the impact of new features and how to market, sell, and support them exceptionally well Leading cross-functionally to coordinate on-time launches Measuring and improving product adoption, usage, and satisfaction Must Haves/Competencies: A true passion for technology and product building Ability to think strategically about your products and still be crystal clear about the details Action-oriented with an amazing drive to ship Care for customers and appreciation that feedback is a gift 5+ years as a product manager at a growing SaaS company Proven success delivering exceptional product launches again and again Driven meaningful product and business growthWorked collaboratively with teams across the company to drive product success Perks and Benefits: 401(k) with Company match Unlimited FTO and Company-paid holidays Remote/Hybrid Work Compensation can be discussed further during the interview process.
