Job Description

TMG by client is seeking a Self-Directed Personal Care (SDPC) Specialist who is responsible for assisting with quality audits, complete internal monthly audits of SDPC (nursing) records, create quarterly reports in relation to audit outcomes, maintain internal database including status updates and clean up, and provide assistance with intake of referrals.

Qualifications

Candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills. Be very proficient with MS Office suite such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access. Must be well organized with attention to detail. Must have ability to multi-task with varied timelines. Must be able to work independently and have strong organization and planning skills. Must be able to meet production goals with high degree of accuracy. Be flexible and be able to adapt to changing business demands. Must be results oriented individual with desire and strong work ethic. Ability to adapt to different healthcare market segments. Must be able to maintain confidential information and use discretion in handling operations.
