Position Summary

The Sword Dancer will be responsible for performing and supporting live show and event programming with professionalism, precision, and consistent audience engagement. This role requires a strong physical presence, disciplined execution, and the ability to perform reliably in dynamic environments.

In this onsite position in Mountain View, CA, the Sword Dancer will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth event operations, maintain performance readiness, and contribute to a high-quality guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver live performances consistently while maintaining safety, technique, and timing standards.

• Prepare for events by completing warm-ups, gear checks, and rehearsals as needed.

• Support event day readiness, including staging coordination and readiness for performance schedules.

• Maintain professionalism with guests, staff, and event partners throughout the event lifecycle.

• Uphold cleanliness and care for any performance-related equipment and designated areas.

• Demonstrated ability to perform live with strong control, coordination, and confidence.

• Ability to follow direction and adapt quickly to changes in event flow or staging needs.

• Strong physical fitness and stamina suitable for repeated performance requirements.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality in an onsite work environment.

• Commitment to safety practices and careful handling of performance-related items.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with live entertainment, stage performance, or event-based roles.

• Prior experience working in a guest-facing environment with a focus on engagement and professionalism.

• Familiarity with performance rehearsal routines and continuous skill refinement.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams to meet event timing and quality expectations.
