Bilingual Community Health Outreach Specialist Santa Clara
Foodsmart
Foodsmart is seeking a part-time Community Health Outreach Coordinator in Santa Clara County, CA. This role requires up to 25 hours per week and travel across the Bay Area to promote the Foodsmart foodcare program in partnership with SCFHP. You will identify partner organizations, coordinate onsite events, and educate diverse communities about nutrition and SNAP benefits. Bilingual English/Spanish is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Foodsmart
