Kyo is expanding in the Santa Clara County area and is seeking a BCBA committed to delivering high‑quality, ethical ABA, supported by a collaborative and experienced clinical team. Pay Range: $90,000- $105,000

• 6,000 Relocation Bonus Available

BCBAs AT KYO: Lead individualized ABA programs across home, school, and community settings, supported by Kyo’s proprietary care application and data systems. Support the development of Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Skills: Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. Active BCBA certification. Transportation: Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client and business sites. Availability: Ability to provide client support within our service hours of 8:00am–7:00pm, Monday–Friday, with schedules determined based on your client needs. Physical Ability: This job requires extensive standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, and crouching. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
