We are currently seeking experienced home health occupational therapists or those interested in transitioning from outpatient or skilled nursing facility environments. Your Responsibilities

• Deliver Skilled OT Care: Conduct in-home evaluations to address activities of daily living (ADLs), instrumental ADLs, and ensure home safety.
• Design Adaptive Strategies: Develop individualized treatment plans that emphasize energy conservation, the use of adaptive tools, and functional strengthening for daily activities.
• Manage Your Appointments: Organize and perform patient home visits according to your preferred caseload and schedule.
• Collaborate for Comprehensive Care: Partner with a supportive team to ensure a holistic approach to each patient's care plan.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current Occupational Therapist license in California
• CPR or BLS certification
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Physical examination and TB test (completed within the last year)
• Professional liability insurance and business license (if applicable)
