Offering 140 charming guest rooms and 10,000 sq ft of versatile meeting space, The Colony Hotel is more than just a place to stay—it’s a coastal retreat that seamlessly integrates comfort with career opportunities. Responsibilities Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience. Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest. Interact with all guests, welcoming them to the hotel and opening doors. Assist with luggage unloading and escort guests to their rooms. Retrieve and park guests vehicles as requested. Explain hotel amenities and local area information to guests. Work with other attendants to ensure personalized experiences. Assist the lobby attendant in keeping the entrance area clean and organized. Be the difference with guests and employees, exceeding expectations. Qualifications At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction. A valid driver’s license with no major infractions for 6 months. Hospitality industry experience is a plus. Ability to solve problems when they arise. Ability to work in a team environment is a must. Pleasant and helpful personality. Must be able to work a full shift standing and moving between valet lot and different areas of the hotel. A strong desire to make an impact on other people. Outgoing and engaging personality. Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting. Availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
