Clear Essence Family Dentistry is looking for an energetic, dependable, and patient-focused team member to join our growing practice! This unique role combines both front office and clinical responsibilities, making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Schedule -

• Monday – Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:45 AM – 2:15 PM
• Full-time

Responsibilities

Front Office

• Welcome and check in patients with a friendly, professional attitude
• Schedule appointments
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• Collect patient payments and explain financial arrangements
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Coordinate treatment schedules and follow-up appointments
• Assist with administrative tasks to keep the office running efficiently

Clinical Assisting

• Prepare treatment rooms for patient care
• Assist the dentist during procedures
• Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos
• Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and infection control standards
• Provide patient education and post-operative instructions
• Assist with impressions, scans, and other clinical procedures as needed
• Help maintain inventory and operatory organization

Qualifications

• Dental assisting and/or dental front office experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using dental practice management software
• Knowledge of dental insurance is a plus
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Team player who enjoys helping others
