Your Role As our Finish Installer, you'll install registers, grills, thermostats, and accessories on-site. Your duties include connecting components, checking for leaks, and charging units. You'll start up systems, fine‑tune performance, and ensure everything meets Airtron's high standards. By verifying that every system runs flawlessly, you'll leave a clean workspace and a satisfied customer. Our Requirements High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) Valid driver's license HVAC installation experience Ability to read installation plans/documents Maintains and cleans the work area upon completion Good communication skills Fluent in English Basic computer skills (tablet/laptop use) Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb, crawl, kneel, and work at heights using PPE Preferred qualifications include HVAC trade school certification, 1+ years of related experience, and EPA certification.
