Position Details: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Full-time, part-time, and flexible schedules are available No weekend requirements Flexibility to structure daily hours around patient care and productivity expectations Potential for a condensed workweek, depending on caseload and coverage needs Ability to select the number of weeks worked annually, with up to four weeks PTO Nine separate holidays Position Responsibilities: Conduct pediatric speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based intervention addressing speech, language, feeding, AAC, and functional communication needs Collaborate with teachers, nurses, caregivers, and other therapy disciplines Incorporate developmentally appropriate, neuro-affirming, and relationship-centered treatment approaches Monitor progress and modify treatment plans to support functional outcomes Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Active Arkansas SLP license or eligibility for appropriate state licensure Clinical Fellows and new graduates are welcome Pediatric experience preferred, particularly with developmental disabilities, feeding, AAC, autism, or early intervention Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Short Term & Long Term Disability Training & Development #J-18808-Ljbffr New Solutions
