Overview:
Urgently seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with strong communication, organization, and attention to detail in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Duties:

• Draft legal documents (pleadings, motions, responses) with proper citations.
• Review and summarize records, depositions, and expert reports.
• Prepare notices, legal research, trial binders, and memos.
• Manage priorities, schedules, meetings, and case files.
• Communicate professionally with counsel, courts, and clients.
• Maintain document management systems and case organization to ensure seamless workflow.
• Facilitate the workflow, communications, and scheduling in day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

• 4-year degree or Paralegal Certification (preferred)
• Experience drafting pleadings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Work Location: In person, in the office. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Full-time.
