Η εταιρεία μας, με δραστηριότητα στον χώρο της μόδας και του e-commerce, αναζητά E-commerce Assistant για την υποστήριξη της καθημερινής λειτουργίας του online καταστήματος και της εξυπηρέτησης πελατών. Ο/Η κατάλληλος/η υποψήφιος/α θα συμβάλλει στη διαχείριση παραγγελιών και στην άμεση και ποιοτική εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, προσφέροντας μια ολοκληρωμένη καταναλωτική εμπειρία. Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών μέσω email, τηλεφώνου και social media με άμεση και επαγγελματική ανταπόκριση στα αιτήματα των πελατών Υποστήριξη σε αλλαγές, επιστροφές παραγγελιών Επικοινωνία με συνεργαζόμενες courier και πελάτες Διαχείριση και παρακολούθηση online παραγγελιών Υποστήριξη καθημερινών λειτουργιών του e‑shop Απαραίτητα Προσόντα Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και πελατοκεντρική αντίληψη Οργανωτικότητα και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια Γνώση office και Erp Softone θα συνεκτιμηθούν Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών tasks Επιθυμητή εμπειρία στους τομείς του e‑commerce, customer support ή fashion retail Παροχές Η εταιρεία προσφέρει Σταθερή πλήρη απασχόληση Ανταγωνιστικό πακέτο αποδοχών Σύγχρονο και δυναμικό περιβάλλον εργασίας Δυνατότητα επαγγελματικής εξέλιξης #J-18808-Ljbffr MINDYOURSTYLE
