Η δικηγορική εταιρεία Varnavas Law Firm αναζητά συνεργάτη για τη θέση Personal Assistant to the Managing Director , ο/η οποίος/α θα υποστηρίζει άμεσα τον Managing Director στην καθημερινή οργάνωση, παρακολούθηση και διαχείριση θεμάτων που αφορούν τη λειτουργία ενός δυναμικού οργανισμού περίπου 50 ατόμων. Η θέση αφορά άτομο οργανωτικό, διακριτικό, αξιόπιστο και με υψηλό αίσθημα ευθύνης, το οποίο θα λειτουργεί ως σημείο επαφής μεταξύ του Managing Director, των προϊσταμένων των τμημάτων, του προσωπικού και εξωτερικών συνεργατών. Βασικές αρμοδιότητες Καθημερινή υποστήριξη του Managing Director σε διοικητικά, οργανωτικά και λειτουργικά θέματα Διαχείριση ημερολογίου, συναντήσεων, υπενθυμίσεων και προτεραιοτήτων Παρακολούθηση εκκρεμοτήτων και συντονισμός ενεργειών με τα αρμόδια τμήματα Λειτουργία ως ενδιάμεσο σημείο επικοινωνίας μεταξύ Managing Director και προϊσταμένων τμημάτων Συγκέντρωση πληροφοριών, αιτημάτων και θεμάτων από τα τμήματα και οργανωμένη παρουσίασή τους στη διοίκηση Ανάληψη πρωτοβουλιών για την επίλυση καθημερινών ζητημάτων για λογαριασμό του Managing Director Σύνταξη αναφορών, σημειωμάτων, email, πρακτικών συναντήσεων και παρουσιάσεων Παρακολούθηση της πορείας εργασιών, αποφάσεων και εσωτερικών projects Υποστήριξη σε θέματα ανθρώπινου δυναμικού, οργάνωσης, αξιολόγησης και εσωτερικής επικοινωνίας Συνεργασία με προϊσταμένους τμημάτων για την καλύτερη παρακολούθηση της απόδοσης, των αναγκών και των εκκρεμοτήτων Υποστήριξη στη σύνταξη και ανάρτηση αγγελιών εργασίας, στο φιλτράρισμα βιογραφικών και στην οργάνωση συνεντεύξεων Επικοινωνία με πελάτες, συνεργάτες και προμηθευτές, όπου απαιτείται Οργάνωση αρχείων, διαδικασιών, εσωτερικών εγγράφων και πληροφοριών Διαχείριση εμπιστευτικών θεμάτων με απόλυτη διακριτικότητα Υποβολή προτάσεων για τη βελτίωση της καθημερινής λειτουργίας, της οργάνωσης και της εσωτερικής επικοινωνίας της εταιρείας Παροχές Πενθήμερη, οκτάωρη απασχόληση Σταθερή μισθωτή εργασία Δυναμικό και πολυεθνές περιβάλλον εργασίας Άμεση συνεργασία με τη διοίκηση Συνεχής εκπαίδευση και επιμόρφωση Δυνατότητα επαγγελματικής εξέλιξης Συμμετοχή στην οργάνωση και βελτίωση της καθημερινής λειτουργίας της εταιρείας Επιθυμητά προσόντα Άριστη γνώση ελληνικής και πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας, σε γραπτό και προφορικό επίπεδο Εξαιρετική οργανωτικότητα, συνέπεια και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια Διακριτικότητα, επαγγελματισμός και αίσθημα ευθύνης Ικανότητα χειρισμού εμπιστευτικών και ευαίσθητων θεμάτων Πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες Ικανότητα ανάληψης πρωτοβουλιών και επίλυσης προβλημάτων Δυνατότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών θεμάτων και προτεραιοτήτων ταυτόχρονα Ταχύτητα, ακρίβεια και πρακτική σκέψη στην εκτέλεση εργασιών Πολύ καλή χρήση ηλεκτρονικού υπολογιστή, Word, Excel, Internet και εργαλείων οργάνωσης Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε θέση Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Administration ή διοικητικής υποστήριξης θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν Εμπειρία σε περιβάλλον παροχής επαγγελματικών υπηρεσιών, δικηγορική εταιρεία ή οργανωμένο εταιρικό περιβάλλον θα εκτιμηθεί ιδιαίτερα Αν θεωρείτε ότι ταιριάζετε στη θέση και θα θέλατε να γίνετε μέλος της ομάδας μας, μπορείτε να αποστείλετε το βιογραφικό σας στο email View email address on click.appcast.io αναγράφοντας στο θέμα τις λέξεις "Personal Assistant to the Managing Director". #J-18808-Ljbffr Kariera SA
